If your game breaks on 0.0.9-0.14 then make a copy of the "STROBOVSKY" folder in "app data" then delete the one that's not a copy of it open the game then close then grab your copy of the data folder then past it into app data and don't replace anything boom you're done.
I know this is quite selfish to ask, but do you think you can archive alpha 0.06? It has some changes that seem quite interesting to me, but it's ok if you don't have it. Also, if you can, can you make more of the older versions 64 bit? I'd love to explore them with console.

I have a lot of things in belt, but everytime I play 0.1.3, all items disappear in previous versions, and I have to get it all over again. Is there any way I can change save location for 0.1.3 because I don't want it to corrupt my other saves.

I mostly have what you see here and if it's not here, it's lost to time or simply doesn't exist
The oldest 64bit version was 0.0.4 which is saved here, same with Alpha 0.0.6
Versions before 0.0.4 and 0.0.5 don't have 64bit versions so yeah

uh so you want to type "menu" when opening a level that brings you to the old menu and you can set the controls there

sadly no, 0.1.3 changed the belt so you can't get your items back
